You can communicate the interruption of exchange to Markibus. So you receive back the money of Markibus' commission; buyer's profile receives a penalty.

I am a Seller. How can I receive back Markibus' commission, in the previous case?

You can cash it immediately (consider that transfer costs are charged to you) or add it in your account's credit; you will can use account's credit in future transactions, or encash it at any moment.

I am a Buyer. I paid for the object (Step 3) but then I didn't receive the object. What can I do?

Some suggestions for this case are:
- contact always directly the Seller before paying the object, to verify Seller's identity;
- recontact the Seller after payment and ask again for the object;
- recontact the Seller and ask for having your money back;
- archive all direct communications with the Seller and all payment receipts;
- choose only tracked shipping methods.
If you definitely don't receive the object nor the paied price, and you demonstrate it, Seller is banned from Markibus.
(In any case, Markibus has no responsability for this unlucky transaction; Markibus' service is only putting Buyer in touch with Seller).

Safe Trading Service

What is Safe Trading Service?

It's the way for buying objects worldwide through classified ads with the maximum safety.

Why does Safe Trading Service give the maximum safety?

Because:
1) if Seller does not ship the object, Buyer receives back the price;
2) if Seller ships a bad object, Buyer receives back the price and Seller receives back the object;
3) if Buyer doesn't pay, Seller receives back the object.

WOW! How can it be possible, having such a safety?

You can have this safety because Safe Trading exchange passes 'physically' through Markibus: Buyer sends money to Markibus, Seller ships object to Markibus, THEN Markibus ships object to Buyer and sends money to Seller.

I am a Buyer. I paid for the object with Safe Trading and I received the object, but this is a bad object. What can I do?

You can return the object to Markibus within the restitution time limit, and you receive back the price; Seller receives back the object.
