Title: Barbie's Horse "Dancer" - jointed

Description: Barbie's Horse "Dancer" is the first, very rare horse of this historical world succesful series; it was produced in 1971. The item I own is black (with white socks) instead brown; but anatomy, mane, tail, head, etc. are exactly identical to the brown Dancers's ones: so I'm not completely sure it is *that* exact model, maybe it could be also the rarer late '60's release. I will look for other infos if you are interested. Anyway, this stallion respects articular anatomy of lower limbs: each leg has three different articulation points, and the beauty (and difficult!) is positioning the animal to find equilibrium as it happens in the reality.
Playing with this little horse we learn a certain kind of nature's observation, seeing as different lower limbs arrange themselves in the conditions of rest, trot, gallop, jump, and so on.
Entire generations played with Barbie series. Toys which contribute to an epoch.
